Job Description

As Satellite Communications Specialist, you will maintain and optimize the ship's satellite connectivity systems. You'll service VSAT equipment, satellite tracking antennas, network distribution systems, and bandwidth management tools. You'll also troubleshoot connectivity issues, coordinate with satellite service providers, monitor performance metrics, and ensure reliable communications at sea. You'll work closely with the IT department to maintain critical data links for both operational and passenger services.
